To cost-share design and installation of manure management and barnyard runoff practices to address farm operations not in compliance with the agricultural performance standards and prohibitions dealing with manure and nutrient management, clean water diversions, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state under NR 151.
