BALSAM LAKE P & R DISTRICT: Self-Evaluation Checklist for Waterfront Property Owners

Purpose

The Balsam Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District is sponsoring a project to update and reprint an existing self-evaluation checklist for controlling runoff and erosion on waterfront property. The updated checklist will be modified for a broader audience. A professional graphic designer will assist with layout and drawings. Special Conditions: 1) Usage rights of artwork, images, and/or written text and copy authored by designer and its contractors are transferred to grantees and the DNR upon payment; 2) DNR will be acknowledged in print as a publication sponsor. This scope is intended to summarize the detailed project scope provided in the application and does not supersede those application tasks/deliverables. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps and digital images, must be submitted in a format specified by the regional Lake Coordinator. Grantee or consultant will provide DNR Lake Coordinator with a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making final payment to the consultant.
