LAC DU FLAMBEAU TRIBE: Invasive Species Initiative

Purpose

The Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is sponsoring an AIS EPP grant to be completed by December 31, 2008. The project will focus on AIS education and prevention. Project activities include: 1) Create a video about AIS; 2) Create an AIS video for streaming on travelwisconsin.com; 3) Create an Into the Outdoors television episode featuring AIS. Project deliverables include: 1) A seven minute video about AIS; 2) A three to five minute video for travelwisconsin.com; 3) An Into the Outdoors television episode. Specific Conditions for this project: Final videos and television episode need Dept review and approval. WDNR Lakes Management Coordinator will be provided with sample videos.
