Purpose

The Beaver Dam Lake Management District is acquiring .63 acres of property on the southeast side of Library Lake to allow treatment of stormwater prior to discharge to Library Lake. The three buildings on the property will be demolished or moved. This project is being done in collaboration with the City of Cumberland. Property Legal Description: Property 1 located at 1266 Elm Street, Lot four, Block Three, JF Miller\2019s Addition to the City of Cumberland, Barron County, Wisconsin. Property 2 located at 1260 and 1262 Elm Street, Lot three, Block Three, JF Miller\2019s Addition to the City of Cumberland, Barron County, Wisconsin. Property 3 located at 1272 Elm St. Cumberland, WI. 54829. The property legal description is Lots 5 and 6, Block three, JF Miller\2019s Addition to the City of Cumberland, Barron County, Wisconsin.
