The Juneau Co. Land and Water Resources Dept. proposes to fund a position to facilitate enhancements in the organizational development of Petenwell and Castle Rock Stewards (PACRS), a group formed in 2007 to address water quality, habitat and species diversity concerns within the Petenwell and Castle Rock Flowages in Juneau and Adams Counties.

1) outreach to organizations and businesses, 2) development of articles of incorporation and by-laws, 3) securing 501(c)3 certification from the IRS.
