JUNEAU COUNTY: PACRS Org. Development

Purpose

The Juneau Co. Land and Water Resources Dept. proposes to fund a position to facilitate enhancements in the organizational development of Petenwell and Castle Rock Stewards (PACRS), a group formed in 2007 to address water quality, habitat and species diversity concerns within the Petenwell and Castle Rock Flowages in Juneau and Adams Counties. Major project elements to include: 1) outreach to organizations and businesses, 2) development of articles of incorporation and by-laws, 3) securing 501(c)3 certification from the IRS.
