Purpose

To cost-share design and installation of barnyard and manure management best management practices to create a no-runoff system on the Harold Massart dairy farm and address the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to clean water diversions, nutrient management and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
