Purpose

To cost-share design and installation of barnyard and manure management practices to create a no-runoff system on the Ruiz beef farm and address the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to manure storage facilities, clean water diversions, nutrient management, prevention of unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
