Purpose

To cost-share the eligible proportion of expenses for engineering services and construction of a water quality detention pond to be located within Memorial Park near the northwest corner of Ballard Road and Northland Avenue for controlling suspended solids and phosphorus suspended in urban runoff entering waters of the state.
