Purpose

To cost-share manure structure closure, installation of feedlot and manure management systems, and clean water diversions to address runoff concerns under the Columbia County Animal Waste Management Ordinance and the Agricultural performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 concerning sheet & rill erosion, manure storage, clean water diversions, nutrient management, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
