Purpose

To cost-share landowner installation of barnyard runoff control and manure management systems to manage contaminated discharges of sediment and nutrients from the Schroth dairy farm into Bear Creek.

Outcome

A barnyard runoff system, milkhouse waste control, roof gutters, and outlets , and manure storage and transfer system were installed to control barnyard runoff into Bear Creek.
