TREMPEALEAU COUNTY: Tom Segerstrom Runoff Management

Purpose
To cost-share landowner installation of manure storage and barnyard/feedlot runoff control systems to reduce contaminated discharges of sediment and nutrients from the Tom Segerstrom livestock operation into Chimney Rock Creek and to achieve full compliance with the County's Livestock Facilities Ordinance and with the state Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions contained within Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to erosion, nutrient management, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or manure storage into waters of the state on all lands owned and operated.
