Purpose

To cost-share landowner installation of barnyard runoff control and manure management systems to reduce contaminated discharges of sediment and nutrients from the Dale Fink livestock operation into Tamarack Creek and to achieve full compliance with the County's Livestock Facilities ordinance and with the state Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions contained within Subchapter II of NR 151 on all lands owned and operated.
