Purpose

To cost-share landowner installation of barnyard runoff control and manure management systems to manage contaminated discharges of sediment and nutrients from the Johann Bragger livestock operation into Hunt Valley Creek and to comply with the County's Livestock Facilities ordinance and with Subchapter II of NR 151.
