ROCK LAKE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION: Miljala Tributary Watershed-Construction Plan Set

Purpose

Project final deliverables include: 1) Preliminary design plans will be provided to the Lakes Biologist; 2) The final design plan for the stream bank project will be shared with the Lakes Biologist; 3) The construction estimate gathered will be shared with the Lakes Biologist; 4) Any required Federal, state, and local permit applications will be identified and drafted for the future implementation project; 5) Stakeholder meeting minutes will be recorded and provided to the Lakes Biologist; 6) Copies of signed letters of understanding from impacted land owners will be provided to the Lakes Biologist; 7) Consultant meeting minutes will be documented Specific project activities include: 1) Consulting engineers and environmental scientist will create preliminary design plans for the stream bank stabilization; 2) Consultant will prepare final design plans for stream bank stabilization; 3) Costs for the project will be estimated based on a review of the construction plan; 4) Any needed permit applications for the project will be identified and drafted; 5) Stakeholders in the project will be engaged; 6) Letters of understanding will be prepared and signed by all landowners; 7) Consultant meeting to understand the project\2019s progress and outstanding issues This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Biologist.
