Project Scope and Description of Deliverables
Bone Lake Management District is sponsoring a project to acquire, train, and educate lake users on a CD3 boat decontamination station with the following goals: Prevent the spread of Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) to and from Bone Lake, in particular Eurasian Water Milfoil, Curly-Leaf Pondweed, and Zebra Mussels.
Project final deliverables include: 1) Monthly status reports; 2) Monthly tracking of boater use; 3) End of Season Report
Specific project activities include: 1) Installation of CD3 boat decontamination station
Special Conditions: 1) Documentation of CD3 station installation; 2) Grantee must enter into a recorded land use agreement with the property owner; 3) The useful life of a CD3 unit is 8 years; 4) 200 hours of watercraft inspection time is required during the tenure of this project; 4) Final report needs DNR review and approval; 5) DNR will be provided electronic copies of boater survey and final report.
This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Biologist.
