ONEIDA: RES - 2022 Willow Flowage Restoration Project

Purpose

The Oneida County Land and Water Conservation Department is sponsoring a project to restore 90 linear feet of shoreline on the Willow Flowage. Project final deliverables include: 1) Final site design plan; 2) Notes from pre-construction meeting; 3) restored shoreline; 4) operations and maintenance plan and monitoring agreement; and 5) a final report showing pictures before, during, and after construction. Specific project activities include: 1) Development of final site design plans; 2) Development of a final operations, maintenance and monitoring plan; 3) Put out design plan for bids and obtain needed permits; 4) Pre-construction meeting; 5) Shoreline restoration following final design plans; 5) Site monitoring and reporting. Special Conditions: 1) Restoration plan will follow all applicable NRCS and other standards; 2) A 20-year Operation & Maintenance Plan for the restoration shall be recorded on the property deed and a copy provided to the DNR. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Biologist.
