LAKE EAU GALLE: Water Quality Improvement/Surface Water Restoration

Purpose

The Eau Galle Lake Association is sponsoring a project to develop an Aquatic Plant Management (APM) plan for Eau Galle Lake. Project final deliverables include: all data collected, copy of survey and results, agendas and minutes for planning meetings, and an APM plan that includes methodologies, results, and management alternatives discussion with an implementation plan. Specific project activities include: Evaluate aquatic plant data; Aquatic Invasive Species and aquatic plant management education event; Stakeholder Survey; Public meetings and input; Aquatic Plant Management Plan Development Special Conditions: Draft user surveys must be reviewed and approved by the Department before being initiated; WDNR\2019s Aquatic Plant Management in Wisconsin guidance shall be followed for aquatic plant monitoring and aquatic plant management plan development. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Biologist.
