PELICAN LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOC INC: PREV - I-Lids Proposal for Pelican Lake

Purpose

Pelican Lake Association (PLA) is sponsoring a project for a I-Lids Proposal for Pelican Lake. Project final deliverables include: 1) Monthly reports on the use of the ramp (peak hours), number of boats, and violations. 2) Yearly summary of activities at the boat landing. Specific project activities include: 1) Installation of I-Lids camera at the boat landing. 2) Review of videos captured on a weekly basis during the boating season. 3) Develop protocol with Oneida County sheriff\2019s office to address potential violations. Special Conditions: 1) 200 hours of watercraft inspection time is required during the tenure of this project. 2) WDNR AIS Biologist will be provided an electronic copy of final report and upon request camera footage. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Biologist.
