Purpose
Project Scope
The Burke Center for Freshwater Innovation, Northland College is sponsoring a project to conduct an outreach and education campaign to inform multiple groups of an interactive website displaying continuous water quality data from three research buoys in the Lake Namekagon chain near Cable, WI.
Activities: 1) Create informational signage 2) Social media posts about data website 3) Burke Center electronic newsletters 4) Present at Namakagon Lake Association meetings 5) Distribute pamphlets.
Deliverables: 1) Photos of displayed signage 2) Summary of social media posts and provide overview of data website including url 3) Copies of newsletters and distribution list 4) Meeting minutes from Namakagon Lake Association meetings 5) Copy of pamphlet including quantity and locations distributed.
Conditions:
1) All outreach and education materials shall use DNR messaging; DNR review and approval of signage and pamphlets are required before installation or dissemination.
This scope summarizes details provided in the application and does not negate tasks and/or deliverables described therein. Data, reports, surveys, and supporting information, including photos, maps and GIS data, must be submitted to the DNR Biologist in electronic format and in any other format they specify.
