Purpose

To cost-share landowner installation of manure management practices to prevent livestock runoff into Tamarack Creek and to comply with the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to erosion, manure storage facilities, clean water diversions, nutrient management, prevention of unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
