To cost-share landowner installation of barnyard and manure system best management practices to control livestock runoff into the Buffalo River and to comply with the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to erosion, manure storage, nutrient management, and prevention of unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas.
