Purpose

providing cost-sharing to enable the Kinning livestock operation (Ivan & Sonja Kinning) to address the sources of manure runoff cited in the Notice of Discharge issued December 14, 2009.

Outcome

Cattle now fenced out of area around creek and manure is being contained within the Water Quality Management Area.
