Purpose

To cost-share landowner installation of barnyard system best management practices to control livestock runoff into the South Branch of the Trempealeau River and to comply with the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state, and prevention of unlimited livestock access to waters of the state.
