Purpose

To cost-share landowner installation of manure management practices to prevent livestock runoff into Beaver Creek and to comply with the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to manure storage facilities, clean water diversions, nutrient management, prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
