Calumet County proposes to conduct a lake planning project to improve local lake management in a defined group of 5 lakes within Calumet Co (and bordering parts of Manitowoc Co). Actions will be directed to organizational development of stakeholder groups. Public participation, forums, and I&E generally will be employed to enable a structured organization for helping to manage the five lake group.
