Purpose

Upper St. Croix Lake Association, in partnership with the Town and Village of Solon Springs, is sponsoring a project to plan for future runoff and habitat improvements along Main Street. The grant proposal(s) will address the specific ranking criteria, including modeling water quality benefits. The final deliverables will be lake protection and targeted runoff management grant applications with enough detail to qualify as complete project proposals. Special conditions: Lake Protection \2013 Plan Implementation project eligibility should be requested in writing prior to 1 March 2011, and DNR to review grant application proposals BEFORE final reimbursement is paid to contractor. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, reports, and education materials, including GIS-based maps and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional lake coordinator.
