Objective

This is the GLWQI funding for 100K, that is internally competitive and for smaller projects to ascertain the status of BUIs in AOCs. Coordinators compete for this annual allocation. This funding lasts until December 21st 2015 (started in 2010). There may be an additional five years, but this must be negotiated.
