Purpose
Where: Town of Jackson Town Hall, 398 Highway 82, Oxford followed byon-water training on Peppermill Lake When: 9:00am-3:00pm Call ReesaEvans 608-339-4275 for more information Water quality monitoring andrefresher training; AIS monitoring; and Clean Boats, Clean WatersDescription of workshop: This session is mainly for new volunteers,although anyone can attend, even if they’ve been through trainingpreviously. The morning will be “classroom” information on waterquality monitoring and aquatic invasive plants. After lunch, there willbe sessions on aquatic invasive animals and Clean Boats, Clean Waters.The day will wind up with “on-lake” chances to use the equipment andmonitor for aquatic invasive species. Lunch and breaks will be provided.
