SAND LAKE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT: Northwest Washout Evaluation & Repair Planning

Purpose

Sand Lake Management District is sponsoring a grant to complete an evaluation and repair plan for an erosion gully on northwest side of Sand Lake. Activities include a site visit and survey, repair and mitigation design, and development of erosion control plan. The final deliverables will be a detailed erosion control implementation plan that includes all required records, permits, and design plans for the site. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Coordinator.
