Jefferson County LWCD would like to conduct a near-shore fishery survey to assess the diversity and status of this fishery. Periodic inventories have been done, with the most recent occurring in 2008. The resulting information will be shared via public meetings with the lake association and the Joint Rock Lake Committee, and via press release. This information will be used to help recommend management actions to protect the sensitive fish species.
