On October 1, 2013 the Lac du Flambeau Town Lakes committee received grant #SPL-297-13 to support the effort of the Lac du Flambeau Town Lakes Committee to design and electronically print maps of Ike Walton Lake, Little Trout Lake, and Long Interlaken Lake as well as maps of the hydrolic flow patterns and a complete water analysis for these lakes. The activities met are listed below.

The Town of Lac du Flambeau is sponsoring a small scale lake planning grant to perform watershed mapping and water quality data analysis for the Bear River within the Town of Lac du Flambeau, Vilas County, as a step in lake management planning effort with a study completion date of June 30, 2013. Project activities include: 1) Watershed mapping; 2) Water quality data analysis; 3) Presentations of survey results; 4) Develop final report.
