Purpose

To cost-share design and installation of barnyard and manure management systems to protect groundwater supplies and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions, including: manure storage facilities-existing failing/leaking, clean water diversions, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
