To cost-share implementation of manure management practices to address the following Ch. 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions: manure storage facilities (significant alterations), nutrient management, prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, and prevention of unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas.
