To cost-share implementation of manure storage abandonment practices to address the following Ch. 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions: manure storage facilities-closure, manure storage facilities-existing failing/leaking, nutrient management, and prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities.
