Purpose

To cost-share implementation of manure storage abandonment practices on several sites within the Upper Big Eau Pleine River drainage basin to address the following Ch. 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions: manure storage facilities-closure, manure storage facilities-existing failing/leaking, prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
