Purpose

To cost-share retrofit of a manure storage facility to provide adequate manure storage to preclude winter spreading, restrict agricultural runoff to the East Twin River, and to address the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions dealing with manure storage facilities-new and nutrient management.
