Purpose

To cost-share construction of a wet detention pond, located along Fish Hatchery Road, to remedy discharges of total suspended solids, phosphorus & heavy metals enterring waters ofstate, including Nine Springs Creek, and to address erosion by reducing peak discharges to pre-development levels.
