Cost-share engineering and construction of a bio-filtration and infiltration system within the City right-of-way within West Grange Avenue between South 19th Street and South Howell Avenuet to reduce urban storm water runoff transporting suspended solids, phosphorus and other pollutants entering waters of the state.
