Purpose

To cost-share design and installation of biofiltration,end-of-pipe water quality treatment practices and associated transport systems to re-direct stormwater outflows from the eastern portion of downtown and oprovide pre-treatment to address erosion and sedimentation discharging to Grant Portage Lake & Mercer Lake.
