VERNON COUNTY: Kickapoo Hops

Purpose
The Vernon County LWCD proposes to initate a four-year program for the removal of Japanese Hops from the West Fork of the Kickapoo River. Major project elements to include: 1) Cutting and chemical treatment, 2) Grazing, 3) Monitoring, 4) Mapping, 5) Planning, 6) Stakeholder/volunteer recruitment and coordination.
