Purpose

Upper St. Croix Lake Association is sponsoring a watercraft inspection, monitoring, and community outreach/education project. Project activities include watercraft inspection at 3 boat landings; AIS monitoring throughout the lake; and a community outreach/education partnership with the local school. The deliverables include all watercraft inspection data entered into SWIMS and a summary of other project activities and any examples of education materials developed. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, reports, and education materials, including GIS-based maps and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional lake coordinator.
