TREMPEALEAU COUNTY: Eugene Rotering TRM Project

Purpose

to cost-share installation of runoff management systems in response to animal waste outflows of nutrients, bacteria and other pathogenic organisms affecting Elk Creek and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to: manure storage facilities-new/significant alterations, clean water diversions, nutrient management, prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state, per the TRM Grant Program Small-Scale Agricultural Application titled Eugene Rotering TRM Project and submitted in 2013.
