The Big Eau Pleine Citizens Organization (BEPCO) proposes to complete Phase 2 of its comprehensive lake management planning effort on the Big Eau Pleine Flowage in Marathon County. Major project elements to include: a) strategic plan development, b) survey and social science assessment, c) comprehensive plan development, and d) final report. Scope amendment: Remove stategic plan development and reallocate funding to remaining deliverables
