Unfortunately, we were unable to perform any analyses on the sample from Pine River. The plant tissue arrived too degraded to even attempt. Four sample were process from Seidel Lake. One sample was found late in the analysis to be too degraded to use. The other three samples from this lake were genetically identified using ITS sequence data and all were found to be Eurasian x Northern Hybrids. Five samples were processed from Big St. Germain. All five samples were genetically identified using ITS and found to be pure Northern Water Milfoil. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
