Asbestos Notification Search Instructions:
  • Enter one or more search criteria and click ’Search’. Use combinations of search terms to refine the search. Results only show submitted and completed asbestos notifications.
  • Download documents associated with a notification to a zip file using the 'Download Files' button. The number on the button indicates the number of files that will be downloaded. Individual documents can be downloaded by clicking the document name button on the record. Not all records will have associated documents.
  • Use the 'Sort By' and 'Sort Order' dropdowns for sorting.
  • Click the 'Export to Excel' button to export results list to a spreadsheet.
  • All fields use the search operator ‘Contains’ and are not case sensitive.
