OSHKOSH CORPORATION TRUCK WAS BEING TOWED BY NOLTE’S TOWING CATCHING AND TEARING OPEN A SADDLE TANK ON ANOTHER PARKED TRUCK OWNED BY OSHKOSH CORPORATION DURING A RAINSTORM. APPROX 25 GAL WAS RELEASED. VALLEY RESPONDED THAT DAY AND DEPLOYED ASORBENT TO CONTAIN SPILL AND BLOCK OFF STORM DRAINS. ADDITIONAL BOOM WAS PLACED DOWNGRADIENT OF STORM DRAIN AS PRECAUTION. IMPACTED SOIL AND GRAVEL WAS EXCAVATED. REPORT RECIEVED 03/20/2020.
