| SAGER SPOKE WITH KRIS BENSON, ENBRIDGE, AT 1100HRS ON 02/13/09. SPILL RESPONDED TO IMEDIATELY. A BROKEN PIN AT THE PIG LAUNCHER CAUSED RELEASE OF A MAXIMUM OF 2 BARRELS OF OIL. A MAXIMUM OF 15 YARDS OF SOIL WAS EXCAVATED AND AWAITING DISPOSAL AT TIMBERLINE TRAIL LANDFILL. ALL THE OIL AND VISUALLY IMPACTED SOIL WAS REMOVED. BENSON TOLD SAGER SHE WOULD SEND SAGER THE DISPOSAL DOCUMENTATION WHEN AVAILABLE. |
