WATERLOO FIRE DEPT PERSONNEL RESPONDED WITH SHOVELS AND BUCKETS. THE CONTAMINATED SNOW AND ICE WAS SCRAPED UP AND PLACED IN BUCKETS WHICH THE FIRE DEPT TOOK TO BURN IN THEIR CONTAINED FACILITY. A SMALL AMOUNT OF FUEL REMIANED IN THE ICE BUT SHOULD BE EVAPORATED BY THE SUN AND WIND.
