| 08-20-08, MOELLER WAS CONTACTED BY BRYAN AND SUE (OSHKOSH CORP). THE SPILL WAS CLEANED UP RIGHT AWAY. ABSORBENT WAS PUT DOWN AND THE CONTAMINATED GRAVEL WAS SCRAPPED UP AND PLACED INTO A VEOLIA ROLL-OFF DUMSPTER. THE GRAVEL WAS EXCAVATED TO A DEPTH OF APPROXIMATELY 15 INCHES, DOWN TO CLAY, TO ENSURE THAT ALL OF THE DIESEL WAS RECOVERED. SUE WILL SEND MOELLER A CLEAN UP REPORT WHEN COMPLETE. 09-26-08, MOELLER RECIEVED CLEAN UP REPORT FROM OSHKOSH CORP. |
