| AND SULPHUR DIOXIDE) HAS BEEN RELEASING CONTINOUSLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. AS OF 2AM ON 9/5/09 IT WILL EXCEED THE 500 LB LIMIT. EMISSION IS DUE TO CATALYST CONVERTER THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. MURPHY OIL REFINERY MUST WAIT FOR THE CONVERTER TO COOL DOWN BEFORE IT CAN BE REPLACED. |
